As the official organiser of the MLC 2011 Congress, Kenes are offering special reduced rates for various hotels in Nottingham.
Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and vat.
In case of tax/vat change, the rates will be updated accordingly. Rates are subject to change.
Rooms are available from Sunday 20th November until Thursday 24th November 2011 unless otherwise stated.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to Kenes UK. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Cancellations of booking/nights received 15 days prior to arrival: full refund.
Cancellations of booking/nights received 14-10 days prior to arrival: one night fee will be charged.
Cancellations of booking/nights received less than 10 days prior to arrival: no refund.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
